I'm in too. I'm hoping accountability will help keep me on track. I'm sick of feeling like crud and ready to get healthy. Losing weight these last couple of years feels like it has been an impossible task. I'm 48 going through perimenopause and my body seems to have a mind of its own.

i use roasted red pepper hummus instead of mayo....yummy:)

bundled up with my 8 year old and went for a walk than came home and danced silly. makes exercise more fun:)

walked my mile today, would have gone a little further if not for the wind and rain. up to 6.5 toward my goal of 20.

1 1/2 miles today at this rate I will finsih way ahead of my goal. may have to up it next month:)

did my 20 minutes...feeling pretty good:) now if i could just stay away from the naughty food!
