I started RP today using the app. My friends use the templates without the app. The app doesn’t look the same because I don’t see how many cups of veggies I should have per meal like the templates show. How long have you been doing this?

Homemade Hamburger Helper: Simple and quick. I scroll down and see water but it has none logged. I drank many cups today and went in and hit the plus sign then the water sign, then a check after highlighting the 1 cup. I would think I drank 5 cups now but I wish I really knew.

We should start a thread for us sabotagers. All we need to do is come in and post, "I did not eat the blueberry cake donut." I was thinking this might be something that would work for me. 100 calories and sooooo yummyy! Frozen skinny cow chocolate truffle ice cream bars. They have these hardened chocolate stripes on the outside of the bar that just take it up another notch for the chocolate lover.

This one made me laugh. It is so true! I was warning my bosses wife about that ribeye they ordered for us at the ruth chris that had over 1300 calories. I just felt like a true friend could not conceal this knowledge.

Thanks for the feedback and I will keep reading incase anyone adds more. Since it seemed like a good idea and so many of you are having success with it, I think I will give it a shot and see how it works for me. It feels good to have it done for the day. Wow! Thanks everyone for your input. I didn't realize how much this question had been mulled over. It makes since though that it would. I may try to get that heart monitor, because what mfp gave me did seem kinda high.
