Check out Fitnessblender.com. They have over 100 videos and it's all free. You do have to open an account but it is a totally free website. Many of the videos don't require any weights/equipment, some do. As you go along, just buy what you need. Good luck!

WOW! These pancakes are great. With Cytosport powder, it comes out to 194 calories for three large cakes. I also used vanilla almond milk and dropped the vanilla extract. Even the kids liked them. A definite winner.
