I made some turkey chili tonight and it was freaking awesome. Not too spicy, sweet or salty.

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (just for cooking turkey)
1 lb. ground turkey (cook in skillet, drain)
1 15oz can of Bush's black beans (drained and rinsed)
2 14.5oz of chicken broth
1 6oz can of tomato paste
onions, chopped
red peppers, chopped
green peppers, chopped
2 tablespoons of chili powder
1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder (I used more because I love garlic)
1/2 tablespoon of ground cumin
white pepper
salt
ancho chili powder (I didn't measure, but it was about 2 tablespoons I'm guessing)

Amount of onions, red/green peppers is your choice. I used 1/2 cup for each, though.
Salt/pepper to taste, as always. I input about a tablespoon of each in there, though.

Directions:

Cook the turkey in a frying pan, then transfer it to the crock-pot after cooked through. Put all the ingredients into the crock pot, stir and let it sit for either 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. I only cooked it for 3 hours, but that's just me, and stirred once 1/2 way through the cooking process.

Cheese and sour cream optional. Jalapenos could add a nice kick to it also, but I didn't have any so there you go.

Y'all enjoy!

I figured it all out and this is what I came up with:

    Makes 6 cups/servings. Calories per serving: 187

That's not an exact science so I put down 200, although it may be 187 or less. I side on the err of caution when I did this.

This sounds AWESOME, definitely would add Extra Garlic, I LOVE it too. Maybe can plug the Recipe in to the Recipe Calculator on SparkRecipes.com to get a Calorie Count?
