So sorry to hear about your leg surgery. I snack on cheese sticks most of the time, and lately I've been spending a lot of time reading posts on here to take my mind off food, because I work from home with a lot of down time on my hands. Plus I like helping friends out when I can.

I want one for my birthday in May or for one of my weight loss rewards. I just bought an elliptical yesterday for my workouts and it cost me $280.00, so now I have to wait a little bit.

Im walking for my exercise to until I get my new elliptical. I'm just going to use my walking the miles off video. Last year I used to walk about 10 miles a day and I lost a lot of weight but over the winter I gained a lot more back.
