All my answers are purely my own opinion.... 1. You operate on your set calorie defecit, MFP is set to put you at a certain deficit, if you're at -500/day then you're net calories should be -500, if not eating your calories sets you back -500 + -400 for excersize, you're at -900 now, that's fine, but it's not your target..…

Love lifting, but you can really do some kick butt work doing full body bodyweight workouts, there are a ton out there.

I would actually be more interested in seeing someone who eats "healthy" all the time who is severely obese.... and maintaining their obesity on a healthy diet.. I don't think that is possible.

Actually I have a friend who is a genetic freak, He works out pretty regularly, used to compete in amateur BB competitions and was a trainer for years, the *kitten* eats fast food for breakfast lunch and dinner... he's 40... go figure.

you can make pizza dough with califlower, then go all healthy with it from there, honestly though for me.. that's too much work, I have pizza once every 2-3 months when I'm out with my friends and don't go crazy... why make it so tough... eat right %90 of the time, and say screw it %10, it's when you reverse those numbers…

As the saying goes... just do it ! start today, best thing you can do is log everything you eat, don't worry about making any changes yet, but do NOT not log anything, no matter what it is, crap fast food, handful of chips, whatever, LOG IT!

I'm a big guy, and running from the 50lb mark, I actually want to stay above it because I want to gain enough muscle so never get me below the 50lb mark, high point was 268. 228 now, course if I ever compete in MMA imma have to drop to 205, or 185 so will be way under then, but cutting weight is different.

This topic was made for me, and I think everyone should try my recipie, cuz I'm damn proud of it. 1 cup oatmeal, with water, nuked for 2 minutes. add 1 scoop chocolate whey protein, 1/4 cup frozen blueberries 1 tblspoon flaxseed 1 tblspoon wheat germ mix and enjoy.. = super choco oatmeal!

Look at it this way.. that was AWESOME!!!! you ate crazy one night, cool, and you came back here and logged it all right??? What great data! see how it effects you... get back on your regular schedule, then stuff like this won't matter but will really add to your data. The key is LOG EVERYTHING! keep it up, no problem…
