If your thyroid is really under active then you need to see a doctor. Mine was under active 20 years ago and after being tested I was put on thyroid medication. 2% Cottage Cheese and Blueberries. Chicken , Popcorn (homemade in Mircowave with 2 tblsp oil and 1/3 cup popcorn-my favorite treat) and dried pineapple wedges for when I have a sweet tooth. A couple of those wedges satisfy any sweet cravings and only about 45 calories. I've lost 21 lbs since July!
