It took me losing 20lbs for anyone to notice. Now that I'm at 28lbs, I get a lot of "how much weight have you lost?" It does feel good when all your hard work is noticeable.

Everything in moderation... even "calorie overage days"! It's unrealistic to think you will eat within your calorie range, every day for the rest of your life :happy:

I did a C25K app and can call myself a runner... I'm slow, but I'm a runner :) I started 70lbs overweight, you can do anything you put your mind to! Good luck!

I love to see people losing weight while eating over 1500 calories a day... too many mfp'ers think they need to starve to lose weight... Great job on your progress!! :drinker:

Work what you crave into your daily calories. I have Peanut M&M's almost every night after dinner. As long as you have calories availible, use them. If you don't have calories left, go exercies so you can eat more! :wink: I personally work out so I CAN eat more!

I have lost 24lbs and people are just starting to notice. It takes time.. I also have the big belly, you can check my pics. Good luck and keep up the good work!!

If you're expecting to lose weight, EAT!!! You can not lose weight the healthy way by starving yourself. You didn't come to this site for weight loss help if you could live on 600 calories a day. Plan better :happy:
