I know a few people that had the lapband realize done in real life and on youtube and they all seem to be doing fine. I couldn't do it but I don't knock anyone that has it done, It is just a tool like someone here said, You still have to put in the work to lose the weight.

Forgot to mention I got in 635 ozs of water this week Equal to about a gallon a day, 326 minutes in exercise this week from Monday to Friday, I workout on Saturday and Sunday also so That will probably be over 400 mins 3599 calories burned up from Monday to Friday

After being stuck in a rut for 3 weeks in the 240's I lost 4.6 pounds this week I'm 238.0 It is so amazing to see that number on the scale, I haven't been in the 230's in 2 years Very excited, I'm offically on my way to Onederland woohoo very motivating to see that 199 number again. :)

My personal challenge this week is to drink 128 oz of water Workout for 60 mins or more per day Cardio, Circuit trainging, weight training, etc Keep My Carbs Under 125 Jullian Micheals 30 day shred at least 3 to 4 times a week Walking everyday GO KAPPA!!!
