You need more fruit & veggies. I only saw corn & bananas. Plus switching to whole grains would be better for you.

My soon to be ex hubby told me he didn't find me attractive anymore & he wanted a divorce. I was 5'6 & 165lbs. I am down to 130 now :)

I am the Qualifying Assistant for the Supervisor of Elections. I am also going to school part-time for Environmental Sciences.

I try to think about the way I want my life to be & being overweight & not healthy just do not fit into my future. I am getting attention now I haven't had in a while & that is a good motivator too. Plus I am surrounding myself with people who have the same goals I do. That's very helpful!

95% of the time I am good with moderation. The only time a binge on something is special occasion food I know I will on get maybe once a year.

I know how you feel I just split from my hubby. We were together 15 yrs. I couldn't eat @ first and go sick when I tried. If you can't eat by tomorrow get some Ensure they have all the vitamins & nutrients you need. I am sorry but you will get through this!! Someone better for you is out there ;)

Eating w/ my family is tough. I love the food they make but it's so unhealthy. I really have to watch my portions.

Yeah that's salad, meal & dessert. Lunch now is a wrap & fruit. 5 minutes. My mom can take 20 minutes to eat a sandwich. If I ate until I was full I would eat a whole large pizza by myself. Very attractive on a date :)

I like to put peanut butter in the microwave nuke it for 20 seconds then dip a banana in it. It's like peanut butter fondue.

I eat way too fast. I usually eat my meal in less that 15 minutes. I am trying to learn to slow down & enjoy my food but it's a conscience effort.

I weight myself a couple of times a week always @ the same time (the morning).

Don't beat yourself up so much. Do what you can. Try some little things like parking your car further out or taking the stairs instead of the elevator. If it's possible go walk for 10 or 15 minutes of your lunch. All the little things add up!

I read the same poll on the internet. By the way my hubby just left me in March because he didn't "find me attractive anymore". I was 5"6 & 160 lbs.

I have a peanut butter & almond butter addiction. If it's possible maybe you should not buy any. Or buy the single serving packs!

I have the same problem. I have eaten already but I have over 300 calories left. I mayeat some hummus & pita chips.

They make lactose free milk, but there is almond, coconut & soy milk too. Most hard cheeses have very little lactose ( like parmesan) and they make lactose free ice cream. I like the ones made with coconut milk. They also have sour cream & cream cheese alternatives made of soy. I haven't tried those yet.

I am 5"6 & 39yrs old. I have a small frame so I am shooting for 125 I am @ 131 right now & can't seem to budge the scales. I am changing up my routine this week so I hope it helps me!

I run 4 days a week & I run when I am sore. Usually the soreness goes away once I get going.

This time of year I run w/ my sports bra no shirt. I dont care what people think I am out there & trying!!!

I do the same thing. Plus put my workout clothes together the night before so no excuses. It is work but so is lugging my fat around!!!
