I eat vegan food but I am not strictly vegan. I have two neighbors that have hives & they are lovely enough to give me honey & it's the best! The vegan pizza lady need to mind her own business! & I wouldn't buy anything from her again :)

I am 5"6 & 130 & I feel chubby also. I went to the doctor''s today & she told me not to lose any more weight. I want to be @ 125lbs :(

You can look @ my food diary if you'd like I am way under 1500 sodium but I avoid processed foods and eat a lot of fruits and veggies. You would probably have to pack your own breakfast/lunch to have lower levels :) Your doing great don't get discouraged!!!!

We have two farmer's markets in my town plus a couple of flea markets but both have produce much cheaper. Discount stores have whole grains like brown rice, oatmeal, cereal etc.

Laughing cow doesn't have to be refrigerated. I usually find it where the non-refrigerated pepperoni is :)

I am on meds for nerve pain and one of the side effect is weight gain but I actually lost weight on it because it made me more active :smile:

At first a serious lack of willpower and then logically I though it would be best to just eat the rest to get it out of the fridge and out of the house. Like it posed a bigger danger than making my *kitten* two sizes bigger!!!

I look @ what people have & sadly I do judge. I have had my cart loaded w/ junk before I knew better! I was behind a very thin lady last week that had fatty pork chops, candy & processed cheese so she must have good genes!

That's true. As soon as something get too big I get it altered or I get rid of it. I have also had to break the lazy habit. I have forced my self to take fitness class which I skipped not out of laziness really but out of fear.

Try to find out what restaurants are in the area and look up their menus on line. Pack non-perishable snacks like almond butter and pita chips. If they have a Continental breakfast in the morning swipe some extra fruit and keep it in your room.

I do a batch of roasted veggies on the weekend and then add them to pasta, whole grains and wraps. Keeps me from eating whatever I can get my hands on first!

I get the you are so skinny all the time. Very irritating. I am not skinny! I have hips and boobs! I still want to lose a little more weight. I am I obsessed with it? Maybe but hey it's my life lol.

I love to cuddle and eat too! I lost my cuddle partner. So I am single and it does make it easier to lose weight. Lucky for you hubby is on-board with the weight-loss plan! You will do great don't worry about any setbacks we all have had them. Just keep trying :)

I guys weight is not a deal breaker w/ me I have dated guys way heavier and me but my hubby was @ times thinner than I was. But the reason we split was he didn't find me attractive anymore. (I was 20lbs heavier) I would like to be a 5 or 2 but I am probably more like a 16. Funny no one has commented on that body time :)…

Nothing against your dad but men are dense when it comes to noticing weight loss, hair cuts and new shoes. Paint your car he'd notice that though :)

No. I thought I would be @ this size & weight. I was 20 lbs heavier before this picture. I know I am thinner but I still feel I could use improvement. I just don't want to feel I need to lose 5 more lbs every time I meet a goal weight :)

Thanks :) I've had a lot of friends tell me I look great in that pic & all I see is what I need to improve. That's why I use it. To motivate myself. I know my friends think I look great but they are MY friends they are not going to tell me I look chunky. lol
