Trader joe's greek yogurt, a banana, and some strawberries. You can get it in 0% fat if that's what you're looking for, and it has a ton of protein.

It just depends on how your body responds. If you're hungry before you go the gym, you should eat, wait a while and go. Just remember that you should be getting some carbs in the 15 minutes after your workout... along with plenty of water of course.
