Are tha brands you are talking about come in 0% plain Greek yogurt of that size? I have seen flavored but I only like plain 0%. I'll have to check out Walmart here in Canada, it sounds like the states has more variety.

Can anyone suggest ways to up my protein from looking at my diary for the next week? I am only cooking for myself so I'll eat the same thing for 3 days at a time. I'm a person of habit so I'm fine with eating the same breakfast,dinner while my lunch will change every few days.
