Bigger containers Greek yogurt?
I eat Greek yogurt everyday (Oikos 0% plain). It's frustrating that it comes in such a small container. Does anyone know of any brands that come in a bigger container size?

Wrap Ideas

Oatmeal no longer filling
I have been back on track for a couple weeks including exercise. Oatmeal used to fill me up for 3-4 hours after eating it. (I have been having oatmeal for breakfast for atleast the past 4-6 months) Now I eat in the am 1/2 cup dry oatmeal with 5 strawberries and cinnamon. 1/2 hour after eating I feel extremely hungry still.…

Exercise and decreased diet
I have recently commited back to the gym constantly. I feel much better all around but I am finding I'm not hungry and therefore not eating as much as I should. What's your carb/fat/protein percentages
I am starting up again and have started to plan my days ahead of time (I think last one that's were I went wrong). Anyway I have logged two days so far and day one is 61% carbs 13% fat and 26% protein. The second day is 52 carbs 13% fat 30% protein. Am I on the right track? I am active 5-6 times a week.
