Def under calorie goal. Last nite I had to eat something as was too low but was not hungry! I loved it!

On a day with no exercise - my standard fat intake should be 46 grams. Today I will be at 86. Major items are Salmon = 25, almonds as snack = 36, turkey meatballs =10. I have my protein at 100. Thanks for advice!

Get the 17 day diet book, read it, and check out the 17 day diet blogs on this website for support. That book really taught be great eating habits (no fruit or good carbs after 2pm. etc) Each cycle is only 17 days. Anyone can do something for 17 days right? You look Fabulous! But Details! What was your exercise routine? Calorie intake! I am 5'10" also. Doing 1300-1400 calories a day and working out 4-5 times a week doing 30 minutes of cardio + weights and floor. Getting there but much slower than you. I am an old broad so that does not help! Keep up the good work!!!

Have "good carbs" before 2pm. black beans work the best for me 3 days a week. And of course lots of water. Don't give up!

Wow! Curious what was your BMI before and after? So sorry to hear about your miscarriages. That can be so traumatic to the body and soul. Hopefully you were able to have a precious one. Thank you so much for sharing your workout ethics and progress - it is great to see! Keep it up!

I hear you! Freezing them makes them all the better! TG They only sell them once a year! We do need to create a work-a-round to eat well but not totally deprive as it backfires at weak times. I do not want to get back into that pattern. PS - I do love going to the gym..who would have thought!

I am 5'10" and have freaky-ish large bones! Wrist is 8"! Starting weight was 255 Current weight 228 Goal weight 175 Weighed that after Phen Fen and felt good. Do not want to go back to my junior high weight of 140 as I looked like and was called a surfboard! hahahahahahahaha! Good luck to all us hot tall ladies!!!!

I did as Danascot/Weight Watchers suggested - bought 2 pair of basics at a great sale price so I did not look so unprofessional. It felt great! Also bought a new pair of jeans on sale - had to take them back for an additional size smaller! Wahoo!

Read about the 17 day diet ( there is a blog on here). It is the best! Not a fad diet but a lifestyle change. Three main cycles of eating that confuses your metabolism. No fasting - all healthy eating.

I live in so Cal so plenty of sunshine; drink milk, love yogurt. I was also diagnosed with very low Vitamin D. Took (under doctor's order) 50,000 unit pill once a week for 16 weeks. Also take 2000 units per day. I think it must me a menopasal issue.
