It realy is 80% diet, focus on eating clean natural foods. Cut out all rubbish and workout when you can. You can do this , we all have busy lifes you just gotta make it work, =) congrats on the weight loss awsome work .

Its got 3 cycles , each for 17 days , the first 17 days is no wheat or starchs .the second is zig zaging carbs on day none the next. The third incorporates more foods and than you do the whole thing again if you'v got more weight to loose . IV tried it and thought its pretty good.

Its realy true when people say its 80% diet. This week take a step back with the excersise and focus on clean eating , natural carbs. ECT. And just relax your doing awsome changes for your body , and it will happen. ;-)

No need to add egg or breadcrumbs , dont need them and there just extra calories anyways, put gloves on and put mince in bowl, add all seasoning and garlic ect, (parmesan is yummy). And work the mince with your hand until its realy brocken down , the mince becomes quite sticky after this process . Roll into little balls…

Try adding foods like cheeses avacado , whey protein , nuts ect . To help boost up your calories, if i eat less than 1000 ,i find i become weak and can't excercise properly, and keeping a healthy balance is realy important for long term fat loss. =) Good luck

I think its all about dressing for your size, so if your a 16 maybe a sexy one suit would b more flattering . But than Again if bigger girls have the confidence to wear a bikini "go girl I say" if people don't like it they don't have to look =)

Thanks everyone =) yeah iv been playing with my calorie amount to see what works, but your right it prob is a little low especialy for my size. I should prob be eating over 1500 cal at least but I realy struggle to. Especialy if your only eating healthy foods. Im gonna give the low carb thing a go and make sure I net 1300…
