Exactly. I eat oatmeal or granola in the morning...A LOT. I'm not on a special oatmeal diet, I just happen to really like oatmeal and it doesn't require a lot of brainpower in the morning...or any other time of day. :blushing: I tend to eat the whites of boiled eggs because I don't really like the way boiled yolks taste…

Count me in. When I do lose, it seems to disappear from places that, frankly, I had already thought I'd stopped losing from. The majority of my weight is SMACK DAB IN DA MIDDLE. Tummy...y u still so chubby? :sad:

I'm also 5-4. Trust, 1200 was WAY too low for me. It's too low for a lot of people. I felt groggy all the time and sick and just plain weak. This is wrong. OP, just give it more time. You say that you can see a difference in your ankles. That IS change. It's small, but that's how it starts, with really small changes. If you are eating healthy and working out (even a little bit), you will see change. It's about patience. Don't forget to periodically take photos.…

If I get enough fund's together, I'm thinking about doing an imporvised version of Yoruichi from bleach (human form)...as a maid.
