You can do so much in a crock pot while you are at work. I throw in a whole turkey breast before I leave and when I get home 8-10 hours later it is fantastic. Or chicken breasts. Add some taco seasoning and you have shredded chicken tacos for two or three days.

I love my fitbit. I've had it for a year. I have an Ultra. I find it synchs perfectly. I once dropped it in the toilet and it had no affect at all. Not that I suggest getting it wet. I really love it. It stays charged for at least two weeks so I really love that too.

I don't know how long ago you lost your mom but you may need some help with your grief process. I'm guessing you don't have insurance if you're unemployed. Do you belong to a church? Is there a YMCA where you live?

If you were at 1200 and you dropped to 900 that could definitely be your problem. Go back up and see what happens.

I personally took phetermine a couple times and I lost a lot of weight, I was also a totally grouch and gained back every ounce and than some. Just my experience.

I need more friends too! I'm 44, four kids ages 24,22, 18 and 7. I may be at my goal weight now after 28 lost but I'm undecided what my final weight should be and I'm not anywhere near as fit as I'd like to be yet. ~Cheri

I wouldn't wait if it were me. I lose weight much better if my last meal is early. My husband wouldn't care but he'd be happy if I had something ready for him and visited with him while he ate.

Don't eat five small meals if its contrary to what you like to do. Eat three bigger meals. And the way you make yourself do something is to just do it.

I want to go, but I am very nervous. And now I've just read a post from someone who was yelled at while at the gym so I'm even more so. I have an elliptical at home and I like to ride my bike but I think I would do well to lift weights a little. Maybe using a trainer at first would make us more comfortable?
