My favorite breakfast recently is the ezekiel cinnamon raisin english muffins, cut in half and toasted with a 1/4 cup of cottage cheese on each half. I tried it with greek yogurt, but I didn't like it.

I eat a granola bar with added protein before I workout. I have to, or I don't have the energy to get through it. Then I have the second half of breakfast when I get to work.

I read a tip that said that the deli people have all the nutrition facts for the deli meat they have and they can tell you which is the lowest in sodium or fat or whatever you are concerned about. Some might even be willing to give you a printout. I have not tried asking yet though.

Plain greek yogurt with a bunch of cinnamon is also delicious.
