Apples dipped in peanut butter and honey (for breakfast almost every day) French fries dipped in mayonaise (too many calories for me now but yummmy)

Keep the coffee but give up the cream and sugar. Buy the best brand you can afford and it won't take long that you will learn to love it. It does seem to help with regularity. I also notice that regular walking helps a lot... 20 - 30 mins or so a day.

chicken on the bone with skin on... especially wings and drumsticks. My grandfather used to make "brains and eggs" for breakfast.. I don't even remember eating it...or what kind of "brains" it was... but apparently my sisters and I loved it... ewwwww!!

Black coffee is one of my few calorie free pleasures! I drink it first thing in the morning and through lunch, then none after that. I gave up cream and sugar in my teens because of the calories. I enjoy 8"oclock brand/regular blend, and I recommend it! ~ yummy :drinker:

Definitely get off the regular peanut butter and switch to natural. Keep it in the fridge after stirring the first time to keep it from re-separating. if it gets dry toward the bottom a short time in the microwave softens it up. Krema is the best imo because it's creamy, not grainy. yummmy!!
