This. I dont measure out 1 cup lettuce, 2 tbsp dressing or 1/4 cup shredded cheese but I estimate. I at least want everything accounted for. For the same reason the other poster I quoted mentioned, I also track zero cal beverages like tea because if I start skipping even small things I will start skipping bigger things.

Every time I checked it, my heart rate was between 160 and 180. It puts my max at like, 190 I believe.

Well I did the exact same workout again and this time it said 288 cals burned.

That is what I thought, too. But over and over I hear that HRM are more accurate...so now I worry that it has been grossly overestimating everything I do. But what I dont understand is I can do a 45 minute Insanity workout and it says 400ish cals burned, yet the Just Dance thing was more cals in less time. *so confused*

I have that problem as well, and also (stop reading now if you are uncomfy with TMI) my vag falls asleep!! I am assuming it is all the weight probably cutting of ciculation down there, but I dont know anyone else with that problem.

I personally wouldn't comment without looking. If I am going to give a compliment, it is going to be real. It means nothing otherwise. Likewise, if someone is going to compliment me, on MFP or in real life, I want it to be sincere. I'd much rather get no response than a fake one.
