I found that too - for me, whole milk has been more helpful. The calories aren't that different, and since I don't eat a lot of high fat foods when I am really logging (which I just started up again) I can afford the fat grams. When I make my shakes, I put very little milk in, because by the time the veggies and fruits get…

I totally obsess about the numbers! My poor fiance: He'll make dinner and I'll go "how many ounces was that chicken? How much x,y,z did you put in there? Does this look like a cup, or a half a cup of x,y,z?" When i make dinner it goes on my food scale. I don't keep sheets or anything for weight etc, but only because MFP…
