Just wanting to encourage everyone not to give up . Sometimes things don't happen as fast as we want , but in some cases it takes a little longer. Keep pushing forward and know each step counts

This is a good post to remember...I am notorious for getting super impatient! I was actually just thinking this morning how frustrating it was that results weren't coming sooner.

That's so true that time goes on regardless. I can be somewhere between 40-60 pounds lighter next year or I can stay the same (or gain ! Blech!). Keep on keeping on and the changes build up.

What I always mention to people is and using myself as an example, it took 25 years of poor eating and no exercising to put on the weight. I cannot expect it to just melt off over night.

If you dont mind me asking age/height? I am 51yo 5'10" and currently 215lbs with a goal of 180lbs. I am not putting a date on when. I started going back to the gym Oct 1st and have been going quite regularly. I really like the way I am feeling better already.

What gym do you go to? looks empty ;-)
