Hi! 👋 I’m Beth. I’m starting over after yo-yo-ing for the past 2 years on my own and need some social accountability. I am 5’4” and joining late but tracking my weight for over a week and here now: July Start Weight: 180.3 July Goal Weight: 174 Ultimate Goal Weight: 145 July 1: 180.3 July 8: July 15: July 22: July 29: July…

Can I still join? I just found this and weighed myself yesterday so can update if allowed :)

I could certainly use an accountability group!

I'm looking for new friends- I've been on her for a long time but took a hiatus the past year. I still need to lose 20 lbs since having my third baby a year ago. Looking for social support and motivation. I've got the exercise part down- just need to start tracking, accountable, and portion control.

Ive only lost half a pound :( haven't been doing too well on my eating habits though so I'm not suprised

this has been working for me to keep me mindful of how much water I'm consuming. I try to drink 3, 32 oz containers each day. I've noticed I drink one throughout the day and drink the other two mostly in the evening. Wish I was better at spreading it out!

Also making sure to not "drink" your calories- i.e. juices, sodas, sugary drinks makes a big difference for me. Complex carbs and lean proteins also help in keeping me full

3rd baby height: 5'4" prepreg: 140 right before birth: 176 current (almost 5 wks pp): 162 goal: 135-140 I'm EBF so trying to figure out my calorie needs....I tracked following delivery and don't seem to be losing at 1800-2000 cals so I may have to drop a bit to see a difference. Will be playing around with total amounts to…

You are not alone! It's more common that women have stretch marks from pregnancy than not. I was similar to your situation and got my stretch marks in the last 2 weeks of pregnancy with my first; I don't think I even got one stretch mark with my second baby. When I first had them I got agood body scrub and thick body…

bumping for later! thanks to all that added recipes. I usually will just throw a whole chicken in with garlic salt and eat the breast (no skin) while the family eats the dark meat. I've also done a pork roast and then drained the excess juices in the last 30 mins and then shred and add BBQ sauce.

I am a mom of 2 kids: a 6-yr & 3-yr boy and girl. I work full-time and would love to have more mommy friends on here for motivation!

Husband joined last month after he decided to start building muscle, and I mentioned he should monitor his diet. It was so funny that he would log things and then act shocked and say "I had no idea that was so bad for me!" (never mind I've told him many times before) hah. But in all seriousness, its made it much…

You look FANTASTIC!! such an inspiration! did you do it all with insanity, or include any weight lifting?
-
** I also eat at 15% TDEE though rather than the stock 1200/day

I just wait to post them until the end of the day; I like to do this so I can pull a fitness report at the end of week or two and look at how many calories burned...screws up my "net calories though" but thats okay as long as I know I am eating consistently

Thanks for the tips, and yes my clothes are no longer tight like they were. I have noticed some muscle definition that wasn't as apparent as before. I will be doing the measurement's from now on and made a document on my desktop to easily keep track of and update.
