I've never heard caffeine before, is it really that bad for you?

I've always had a hard time loosing weight- I don't really attribute it to the Mirena. What I attribute to the difficulty in weight loss is having 2 kids :)

I have 2 kids (ages 5 and 2) and never have been able to lose the last 10 lbs- hopefully this time around! Feel free to add me :)

sounds yummy! I will have to try this sometime..

I have the body for curves- no matter how thin I get I will always have them. I've learned to love them as they make me look more like a woman :) good post!

I don't think I could actually run to work- I think it's about 10 miles away :/ I just need to make sure I keep waking up at 5:00 everyday to do my runs before work, and be very vigilant about scheduling time for my thesis/coursework so it doesn't interfer with my exercise time. I really love the way I'm feeling from…

I love running now (used to hate it though), now I try to go as much as possible and it doesn't feel right if I don't exercise in the mornings. Do you play volleyball on a team?

drink some water, go for a walkk, call a friend...watch a tv show, and put it "out of sight, out of mind" to help! You could also try some alternative sweet- such as sugar-free fudgesicles or WW chocolate muffins, or things like that :)

I was told the same thing- that you should rest at least 1 day per week. Curious to see what others thoughts are....

That's great! Congrats

I used to be non-active for about 8 months while I was in school. I don't stay at home, but it was hard to get motivated and find me time. Working less this summer I just decided I didn't want to "let myself go," so I started running in the mornings with a friend. I've been exercising for about a month now and love the…
