Dymatize iso 100 in gourmet chocolate. Mix with water ( i use a little less than recommended so its sweet and not watered down )and I add a scoop of peanut butter. Shake. Yummmm. Lots of protein and no sugar, low calorie, etc.

Cauliflower pizza is great. If you want something quicker, wholewheat pita bread.

I like grapes kept in the fridge. Stays fresh and has a bit of a crunch. Anytime I open the fridge to look for a snack I usually start eating those. Cherries. Watermelon salad. Raw cashews.apples. red pepper hummus with vegetables. Edamame. Guacamole.

I'm the same. I have health issues and I still drink a lot on the weekend. At least 12 beers. I dont have the determination and willpower yet. Use this time to really research on the short & longterm effects of alcohol. Good luck!!!!

Use a measuring tape. You'll see a much better difference. From experience, even when I was eating clean and working out 6x a week, my scale barely moved. But my entire body lost inches. You can check out my embarassing before and after photo. Again, lose the scale. Measuring tape all the way.

Yeah I think that's what I've done wrong. I went for a long walk, ended up being sore for over a week and extremely 'sluggish'. Being practically bed ridden I've gained all the weight I had previously lost ( over 30lbs). I guess you could say I'm impatient at this point haha. I just want to be better!
