Vodka water with a splash of cranberry juice or another juice. Squeeze a lime wedge into it. I personally like beer. You can even go for the 67 cal one. You will 100% know how many calories that are in your beer. Whereas other alcoholic beverages will all be approximate and you can easily go over yoru sugar intake etc.

Me too!!! I think its because the amount of exercise I do in comparison to what I eat on a daily basis . Food is used as fuel and energy, but if you don't eat enough and drink enough water, you get tired. Plan to have 5-6 meals a day and have snacks ready !

Your not eating enough. Your body is storing everything you eat as fat instead of using it for fuel and energy . Also, screw the scale. Focus on the inches. Isnt that whats important? Not what some stupid number says on some stupid weight machine.
