You can try water with lemon or squeeze some fruit (oranges and grapefruit are great) I know it's not the same thing, but once you'll get used to it, you won't crave diet coke anymore, believe me! :)

I try to avoid buffets, as I know I'd eat a lot... but if I have to go, I chose healthy food and try my best not to eat huge portions!

I take on every day. Personally I don't see a great difference, but I feel like taking it as it can help you get more energy from your diet and makes your skin look better!

If you are working out a lot, it's normal: you are sweating and you have to keep your body hydrated. I've almost drank 2 litres today and it's only half past 3 pm!

Yes I eat when I'm hungry, otherwise I get terrible headaches and dizziness. If you feel hungry, but you have already had a big meal, try some carrots or apples, they'll fill you up!

Exactly!! Avocados are great, I eat them very often and seeing that they'll benefit my health makes me want to eat avocados every day haha :D

I usually never eat crisps, but when I'm sick I crave them so much! I only have a little portion though and try a healthy alternative, such as toast with peanut butter, almonds, rice cakes..still salty but good for you :)

I found out that reading helps. Or sometimes I chew a gum (be careful not to chew too many gums!) Water, black coffee, tea can be great too

I used to take Loette and luckily my breast didn't get bigger, but I gained 7 kilos, so if you are trying to gain, you may succeed with the pill! Actually I think that the breast growth is personal, seeing women who experienced that, while I didn't...you can always try :)

I have a cheat day when I go cycling just because I'm so hungry after my workout! I burn about 800-900 cals and eat around 2000-2500 cals including croissants, chocolate, bread, jam..

I recently discovered vegan weisswurst..delicious! My boyfriend loved them, too and.....he's German! :P My mum likes basil tofu and tofu with soy sauce and sesame seeds Oh and my vegan sushi is always super successful ;D

Emmenthal, provola and Parmesan have a very little % of lactose so you can eat them :) personally, I really can't give up ice cream and chocolate!! Though I eat them only once a week!

Whole wheat bread with jam, an apple, a banana, peanut butter, dark chocolate, mango, avocado or papaya..I don't know your taste, but hope this helps..these are my favourites!

I suspect a lactose intolerance (taking breath test next monday) but I have different symptoms: diarrhea, bloated stomach and also stomachache..but I guess it can cause constipation too!

I don't use butter but I use coconut oil and olive oil, they are easy to track as you can select a tbsp, 1/2 tbsp etc.. I guess you should use a scale to make sure how many butter you are putting in your pan..:/ maybe someone more expert will answer you :)

I drink 8/10 glasses of water everyday and of course my appetite is a bit low because of this, but I don't want to reduce my water intake because I've seen great results, such as better skin, less headaches... Maybe it's just a phase and our appetite will increase again :)

I cook tofu in soy sauce for about 3/5 minutes and add some sesame :) Another good meal is chopped tofu in cous cous with vegetables
