I work third shift 4/7 days... and another job lol so Im going to say calorie counting as Im doing wonderful. I do get plenty of rest though!

Yeah don't over do it though... try 150g carbs get it mostly from like oats, veggies, fruit (if you want), and brown rice.

I am suppose to have about 300-350 carbs a day.. I take in under 200. Therefore I increased my fats and protein intake. Working wonders too!
