Im trying to get to 200 lbs. I was once 320 got down to 235 and then up 287 but I don't look like im 287 (Lots of lean muscle perhaps)..... started eating clean almost 3 weeks ago... at 276 now.. Should I worry about salt intake if I exercise heavily?
Just curious, thanks. I mean when Im exercising... Sweat is like very wide go down half way down my shirt with 15-20 minutes.

When I exercise I tend to put in work & end up finding things to eat to make up for my calories. When I dont... its soso. Like today for example..

Mixture of protein shakes & ?
Does anyone else do this? Like today ( if you check my diary )... I had an EAS shake & kashi cereal. Lots of protein, fiber, and alittle bit of sugars. Thought i'd have that because it would be " ate under 30 minutes of working out "
