JUICE, JUICE, & MORE JUICE!

I would like to share a favorite juice recipe. Its really good & most importantly......healthy!
I replace one of my meals/snacks with these.

You need:
A juicer.....lol
2 Small apples
1 Carrot stick
1 Med to large orange
2 celery sticks
small piece of ginger

After juicing....I like to add some fiber and maybe whey protein. Stir it up & pour over ice.

    Sounds good ---love fresh juice!!

    My 2 most frequently used ones are:

    Romaine lettuce (or celery if I'm out of lettuce)
    Kale
    Apples
    Small whole lemon
    Fresh ginger

    and

    Apple
    Beet
    Carrot
    Celery
    Lemon

    They both sound good. I want to try the first one... but kale is hard to find.

    You can use spinach instead of kale. I get my kale from the farmer's market - super fresh!
