Lol, hey all I'm Jemell! I live in Erie, PA and unlike most I actually like my little city. I used to weigh 320 lbs. went down to like 235ish last august doing just cardio... literally just cardio ...but then I went to college ate and I put on lean muscle with some more fat but I'm at 280 but like I don't look like im headed back to 320 though. My goal is to get to 200 and now I'm lifting some! Looking to add others for motivation and to see what others log in their diary etc and for fitness tips...
***Big thing im working on right now is staying consistent but for the past 9 days I am doing sooooo good!
Anyone like LES Mills?!

Hey Jemell, our starting weight and goal weight are pretty similar. I started at 278 and have gotten down to 247 so far. I'm trying to get to 210 and reevaluate from there. You're welcome to add me if you'd like. I'm 26 years old from Alabama trying to finish school myself. If I can be any help, just let me know.
