Try calorie cycling! Dont over do it though....Eat alot one day... then the next eat less (drink lots of fluids for the next few days) then eat something you used to eat b4 (lots) for the next couple days... then go back to eating less with lots of fluids... Im on my 5th day. Today I started two pills when i woke up. Tomorrow I will take two again when I wake up 6:00am and then one around lunch time 12:00pm. I felt no "crazy" energy...yet? but I did notice some appetite suppression and I did not feel like eating lol idk.

Im juicing... :) love it. Heres a good one! 2 small apples 1 large orange 3 carrot sticks 1 celery small piece of ginger pour it over ice & its awesome! I would add the orange last & ginger in the middle.

I feel like Im getting one right now lol.... I get in about 1100-1300 calories (after exercise) when as a male Im suppose to have over 1600. lol.

Naw. I just simply use Mega Green Tea. Love that stuff. I thought about Hydroxycut. But nah. Thats over doing it. Tried Zantrex almost died of the crash and hyperness lmao. Returned it in two days haha.

I sense some stress. Try minimizing stress. Stay positive. Realize that this is a process. Work harder at the gym. Enjoy your work outs. Are you drinking almost have your body weight? Increase those nutrients!

I tell my self....okay today on this machine I am going to burn 200 calories... a number ending in 00. lol. Easier to add up & put on here. MFP is really easy at tracking. Once you get off that machine... RUN TO MFP on your phone...go go!!

I most deff. hate pop/soda........ugh. said bye to fast food (even if all i was buying was a salad) I said bye to the name and store lol. I was never a heavy fast food eater anyways :) BIGGEST CHANGE...... I replaced Doritos. Dislike chips. So bad...... Dont crave them anymore :)
