I started level 2 yesterday and I was disappointed that I was not able to do a lot of the exercises. However, I was the same way when I started level 1. Did you let your doctor know that this plan was not working for you? I have no idea why he would tell you to skip dinner. That's a lot of calories for breakfast. You are going amost 12 hours without a meal going by his plan. I try not eat after 7 p.m. and it works well most of the time.

To keep your bananas from going bad, seperate them when you get home. I learned this from a friend and it really helps.

I have a desk job as well. When I snack in between meals, I try to make sure it is a healthy snack. That doesn't always happens but the majority of the time, I have some type of fresh fruit. I also snack on 100 calories popcorn instead of potato chips.
