Question about Polar FT4 HRM
I finally bought this HRM. Somehow, I managed to set it to a foreign language. Now I can not reset it to English. I tried downloading the manual from their web site with no luck, Can anyone tell me how to reset it to English?

I need to get back on track
Ok, I had a bad weekend in which I ate way too much fast food. In fact, I've eaten fast food for the last 3 days and now I really reget it especially when I saw how many calories are in each meal. I have a determined mind to do better this week and get back on track.
