Hi,
I purchase a Polar F6...that is a heart rate monitor (chest band and watch) which includes other functions such as calories burn...this helps when I have to login in my calories from my Zumba workout or any other DVD exercise.

I just logged how many minutes I walked x the exertion level. Was it moderate or brisk?0

Brisk walking. On one of her DVD's she said you are walking about 5 miles per hour at the speed we were on . Thanks0

I find that the option low impact aerobics is close to my calories burned on my heart rate monitor that I use. I use a Polar heart rate monitor.0
