Ok my starting weight was 176 weight today is 174 so thats a 2 pound loss I didnt get to walk much last week but this week my goal is 10 miles and 3 pounds Good luck everyone!

That is a great loss for a week girl! own it! You are out of the 170's and officially in the 160's!! Cant wait til i get in the 160's! Congrats on your weightloss this week! :drinker: heres to week 2!

If it was me i would count it towards my water intake..I am in the same boat as you for i hate water..But i try to just chug it down and hold my nose..lol..I find if i keep a bottle of water sitting next to me i am more likely to sip on it throughout the day

I am so sorry I have been MIA! My mamaw fell and busted her head open and was rushed to the ER this week..She is ok now, but it did give us a scare! Thanks for keeping the thread going while i was gone! I havent walked at all this week so i have alot of catching up to do! Glad everyone is so excited about walking!

You can either get the walk away the pounds dvd and walk in your living room or use a treadmill or walk outside..We will check in everyday and post how far we walked..
