Congratulations! I had a few months this year were I lost some motivation. I'll still finish with about 1200. I'm thinking about a goal for next year now... 30 mpw would get me 1500, but 35 mpw would get me 1800, and then 40 mpw would get me 2000. But I need time to swim and bike too.

I agree with vegas on doing ab ripper first. I felt like my form was better. Another alternative is to split it up. I do abs on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. That way it's done and out of the way. Then you can keep the other workouts under an hour.

11/12 - 7 miles MTD - 52.6 I'm slacking a little this month, but needed the recovery week. The UPS website says my new Asics from Running Warehouse were Delivered On: Tuesday, 11/13/2012 at 12:24 P.M. I need to break them in really good the next 17 days.

Nov 3 - 27.84 That's it for this week. I was able to pace my cousin for 27 miles in the Pinhoti 100. This was his third year doing the race and he cut 2.5 hours off last year's time.
