DailyMile is a good one. Their maps appear to me the most current that I've seen. www.dailymile.com

I've had both ACLs done by patella graft. Right one in 1990 and left one in 1996. I had my right knee scoped twice for meniscus tears and clean up before that. I played league and tournament tennis 3-4 times a week from 1991 to 2005. I started doing triathlons in 2006 and have run 10 ultra trail races in the last 2 years.…

I put Bodyglide or Vasoline everywhere else but don't use it there because it stains your shirts. I normally wear band-aids when I wear a shirt. I ran a 50K up in the mountains last weekend. It was raining and in the mid-50s at the start. Living in Florida, I had not run with a shirt on for the last 6 months and totally…

I really like the SPIbelt. They also have an armband and other accessories. www.spibelt.com

My 19:15 PR was just after high school--a long time ago! I blew my right ACL my freshman year of college and my left one a few years later. I didn't start running again until I was 41. I've been doing some interval training on and off the last few years and ran a 21:26 last November. I would like to get below 21:00 again.

I learned a few years ago when I was up for a run on the Appalachain Trail that you can use duct tape on your feet to prevent blisters. I've run a lot of races since then with it on! The kind with threads in it works best for me.

We went for a gift card and doing a luncheon for the 3 supervisors in my section. Think I'll just call in sick and go for a nice run instead. My days of kissing *kitten* are long gone.

I had done plenty of runs through my neighborhood in the early morning or evening by street light; but my first real experience came pacing my cousin in a 100 mile race through the mountains all night. We had headlights and flashlights and it was quite a thrilling experience. Now I look forward to running at night and plan…

I would ride a stationary bike or something easy. Just get the blood flowing, loosen up the muscles, and flush out the lactic acid. A lot of times after a long run or race I'll go out the next day and run an easy 2-3 miles or bike around the neighborhood. It really seems to speed my recovery.

Put me down for 125. I have 2 easy days Tuesday and Thursday then a 50K Saturday. I haven't looked at the rest of the month yet.

I've seen most every rock band you can think of from the 80's, 90's, and 2000. I saw TobyMac and Skillet last year and it was the best one ever. Great music, lights, pyrotechnics, they brought it all.

Email from a co-worker that starts off "I must be honest and say that I am bothered by your email." And she copied my two supervisors because she feels as though I took credit for work she did. Well, bite my *kitten* lady. I've been doing this stuff so long I really don't give a $hi$ who gets credit for it. I get paid the…

We were looking for errors on one of our systems---like the "Name" field should not contain numbers. This one kid's name was "B1witme". We had someone check the birth certificate and sure enough that was it. I guess it's short for "Be One With Me".
