EXACTLY this. Having struggled with my weight my whole life because of habits I developed from my family, it breaks my heart to see obese little kids because I know what's coming for them and it's not going to be pretty. Sigh.

I'm mostly lactose intolerant, so when I get an "ice cream" craving I have a soy dream mini (they have a ton of flavors), and they're under 100 calories. Satisfies my sweet tooth, my need for a snack and my ice cream craving. Also, brown rice crackers are delicious and you can put even a little bit of something like hummus…

Ditto to two weeks before! I find myself the most hungry and craving stuff when I'm ovulating. Right before I get it though, I need chocolate.

I've had it a few times. I could give or take, tbh. I don't seem to get any sicker if I get one than if I don't. However, my father had his first flu shot a few years ago, and ended up with a paralyzed larynx and is now a case study.... I do support getting it though because the side effects are generally pretty minimal…

My current goal is 185, but I would like to just get back down to 200 for now. I'm almost 5'9" and that would still make me overweight! I just want my pants to fit correctly again. I'm over muffin top.
