I would love to lose that much by christmas - I'm not ready to start back at the gym yet, but I'm slowly working on it!

I'm really hoping to be in onederland this year - I haven't been there since maybe I was in my early teens. My SW for this part of my journey: 238 GW: 185 CW: 226.2 (although I'm not sure how accurate this really is) Countdown to onederland: 26.2

I'm sorry, don't get me wrong - these sound delicious, but not one of them fits all of the criteria being requested!!

Packing food can really help with that. I've been working in the hospital for a few weeks and not giving myself the option to go get something crappy to eat when i bring my own food has helped me tremendously to stay on track! Good luck!

27 and just restarted my journey a few weeks ago! I have an open journal and love new friends.

I'm looking to lose just about 60 more lbs! Feel free to add me.

Just use a few swipes of your normal deodorant/antiperspirant between your thighs! They'll slide like butta...I personally use dove powder or any of the other dove solids. It really works with any though.

I just want to echo this. I had the RNY in 2008 and lost 130/140 lbs in the first year. Maintaining is by far the hardest and I've definitely gained about 40lbs back. You really need to take that time right after having the surgery to learn your body and what hunger and fullness really feels like. I was VERY diligent for…

Definitely these, maybe some coconut flakes, or they have these little meringue bites things that are delicious!

If you need something fizzy, I usually get a vodka soda with either lime or a splash or something to give it a little flavor at the bar (or get a flavored vodka). If I'm home, I usually use diet flavored seltzer!

I find that having something in my stomach before I start drinking (at least a half hour before) and before I go to bed just to soak up a little more of the booze definitely helps.

+2!

Amazing job! Keep it up! I really need to start taking progress pics. I don't feel like I'm making a lot of progress, but I'd never be able to know by looking at the mirror each day!

I don't have any real expert advice for this, but I find that if I've had enough water to counteract the alcohol dehydration, or if I make sure to eat at least a little something after I drink, I don't feel so awful the next day. Hangovers worsen with age though. Good luck!

I'm starting over...again. I'm 5'9" 240lbs, goal around 185 and 27 years old! I'd love accountability partners.

This too.

I also weigh myself every Monday morning because the fluctuations pretty much means nothing in my grand scheme of things. However, I have contemplated possibly weighing myself morning and evening every day for a typical week just to track my fluctuations and see when I am getting the most accurate weight. I wouldn't do…

This is pretty much exactly the same for me. I only get the chance to work out when I get home from work - so that's been pretty late these days. Kind of helps me sleep, but I have to deal with the nausea from having just eaten dinner for a little while during the cardio, but it's tolerable and helps me digest.

I had the Roux in 2008, initially lost about 150 lbs, had excess skin taken off in two procedures and now have gained back about 30lbs. I really need to get back on track because I think I'm outgrowing my size 14 pants and I'm not about to go back in that direction. I never reached my initial goal, but that's only about…

I recently made kale pesto which is just amazingly delicious. I'll try to put together a recipe for it, but it was more of an experiment at the time. I do love kale chips, and I sauteed kale is lovely. I think if you blanch it, like brussel sprouts it removes a bit of the bitterness. I've also made kale like I would…
