I kind of missed the squats on rest day, but I was also thankful for it because I was exhausted yesterday. I'm not really feeling the burn anymore. I might have to add weights or something. Still going strong though!

I had the Roux-en-Y Gastric Bypass in June 2008 and I lost about 125lbs in the first year or so. I've only recently started to gain some of the weight back (in the past year).
