  • Thank you. I weighed again this morning because I was sooooooooooo close to being a stone lighter and now I am yay!!!! As for the weekends...I am a single mum but find the weekends harder because it's a different routine to the weekdays.
  • It was my weigh-in today and I am now 0.2lb off losing a stone since starting on here. I am chuffed to bits especially as I have only been doing no exercise bar walking for the last two weeks.
  • Hi and welcome to mfp :smile: You need to eat at least 1200 cals a day or your body goes into starvation mode so maybe you need to check that you are eating enough. Also if you have been doing weights you will be getting more muscle I imagine and muscle weighs more than fat I think so this could be a reason you have gained…

  • That could be true Colleen. Are you feeling full after you've eaten? If you can manage something more maybe have a yogurt or some fruit after your meal.

  • I haven't got a dress in mind yet but I deffo want to be in on this. I weigh 181lb :embarassed: and I'm a size 16. I would love to be a size 10/12 but am not sure that is a realistic goal. I just want to look nice instead of fat and flumpy :noway: Carina you look amazing!!!
