I am between DD and DDD. Suggestions if you are low on money wear two chepo ones. BUT I did finally break down and buy a heavy duty 45 dollar on on sale. BUT make sure they have the claps in front. Mine has at least 15 clasps in the front. Awesome, they don't even move AT ALL.

I have heard that as well, from books, or posts online.. that your body has been in starvation mode for a while.. and what happens is that it will attach itself to the extra fat/cals because it things you are "starving" and needs to save it... so the first week or two, although it is scary, you will go up half or even 1…
