hi i have reached the same point what i am going to try next is increase my cardio and do different cardio to as i believe my body may have got use to what i have been doing. good luck

I have only just begun to jog for longer and i swim once a week, i did readjust my calorie intake a couple of weeks ago and i generally don`t eat all my calories i am regularly under by about 500 and i want lose another 70lbs, do you have any suggestions have you been at this point to.
