Me and my husband have started Insanity a few days back (since we are in a lockdown and the gyms are closed). We have already started seeing changes. It is a great workout and super motivating. It does deplete our energy but then with proper refuelling and replenishing, it is a holistic programme towards fitness.

My body fat percentage is 40%. And 5 months back, when I started, it was 41.3%.

Thanks Marx135, it is nice to know that you are loving this programme. I am going to start from Monday and insanity gave some great 'transformations' that have I have seen. Lets work on it together and make sure that we 'EARN' the bodies we deserve. :) Also, tell me if you are following the Elite Nutrition Plan?

Same here...i need motivation to keep going. Last time I started Insanity, the farthest I got was 2 weeks. This time I am determined to go through the entire programme, also, I think T25 gave me foundation to start Insanity. Lets be in it together :)

I have tighten up, no doubt. I think I expected more as I am adding cardio and strength training as well. And I have lost around 2 inches all over, but on scale I gained a pound. Initially, I thought of doubling it with Insanity but that would be too much to pull. Did you tighten up your arms with T25?

I just finished third week of focus t25. But i have gained weight. This is freaking me out. Note: i did not follow the diet plan and overate during holidays but regularly followed the workout. Please suggest on how do i make it work.
