I am 33 years old, 5'8", 154, 26.7% BF and currently working out 5 or 6 days a week. I revised my calories yesterday and have it set at just over 1800 cals per day so not long enough to know if this will work.

I can so relate to this! I am 33 and taking driving lessons at the moment. I had terrible anxiety in the beginning. I toyed with the idea of switching from stick to automatic as I didn't think I would ever master clutch control. The anxiety has improved but not gone completely. My instructor does get on my nerves sometime…

Hi all, I just completed insanity on 2 days ago. It was hard, not going to lie. Great program though. I feel and look so much better after insanity. Haven't had any major weight loss, but have lost inches which for me is a great result. I will definitely be doing the program again but taking it easy for a week or 2 first.

lol, i still haven't had a chance to make any. the saltfish is still sitting in my fridge! yes i keep it in the fridge. between now and the easter weekend i will have a go.

I am giving this a try as well. Did my calculations y'day and have updated my goals accordingly. I am also aiming to eat 20% less TDEE which works out to just over 1800 cals. Like the previous poster, I am abit confused if I should be eating any of my exercise calories. I presume not but not 100% sure.
