It was when I hit 30 that I noticed a little weight gain here and there. I was always the skinny kid. Don't consider myself fat even now but I am not as thin as I used to be.

lol you are something else. well you have burned alot of calories today so why not. i am craving cake today. i am off work for the next week so the temptations are plentiful.

i had kippers with scrambled eggs at home for breakfast last weekend. amazing!

I have never had scrambled eggs with cheese but thinking about it, it must be rather tasty. I will definitely be trying this. I love my scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, tomato, capers and brioche toast. That is what I had for lunch yesterday at one of my favourite restaurants:smile:

i totally agree with this point. i see alot of recipes that in my opinion they seem to have too many ingredients and that turn me off. i actually am not a fan of kale steamed but i must admit that i find it ok in my smoothies. i dont use more than one cup at a time.

I am only 2 weeks into the green smoothie making and so i try and keep them as simple as possible for the time being. This past weekend i used both kale and romaine lettuce in the same smoothie but previously i was only using kale, fruits (abt 2 - 3 fruits at a time) and water. So far none of the ones i have made needed…

you should bring your own home cooked dinner in work for the night shift man. that is what i would do if i were you

As of Thursday this coming week I will be off work for 7 working days. Can't wait to get some rest and also work hard on improving my food choices. I am getting abit annoyed at losing and gaining the same couple of pounds every other week.

Didn't manage to have a green smoothie yesterday but made one for lunch today. Ingredients were kale, romaine lettuce, strawberries, blueberries and banana. It was very tasty. This was actually the first one I made which wasn't actually green in colour.....the blueberries really did take over. It could have been sweeter…

i bought some oranges last week but havent tried them in my smoothie yet. will try it this weekend. i have only been making these smoothies for the past 2 weeks (on weekends only). so far the only veg i have used is kale. bought a big bag and it is taking forever to finish! next on my list is romaine lettuce and spinach.…
