Oh, I definitely shunned the scale and have been much more successful. I used to try and weigh at the end of each week but it got frustrating so I quit doing that and focused more on being healthy and trying to improve on what I was doing to reach my weight goal.

I suggest you just work the front of your abs with crunches(standing or regular) and other upper and lower ab exercises. If you can, go a step further and do things like Zumba or Core Rhythms which engages your abs and give you cardio too.

I had the same problem. I solved it by resolving by starting over and deciding to set weekly goals, short term goals and long term goals and reset my goals. Also, a big thing is to dwell on what you want and the rewards you plan on getting, as well as, your goals

It won't necessarily hinder you. It's just this once and sometimes its okay to let your body be fooled, just as long as you don't do it often.

Thank you all, I've been getting on myself about the veggies. I'm trying to get back to that, I guess I need to just jump in. I find it hard to sometimes. However, I shall definitely be doing that.

Chicka, boobs are not everything. You'd be very surprised how it doesnt always get you places. Wow, I'm glad to see I am definitely not alone in losing motivation right now. I really need to get it back. I've tried just dwelling on what I want from this but that hasn't completely remotivated me. I've recently switched up my workout and my diet. I'm not sure what else to do. Any help is welcomed

Well, you shouldn't. You have to learn to love your body. And if you wanna get rid of it eat more protein.
