Maybe you could try a new cardio workout. Sometimes just changing up the routine helps. Maybe try swimming or some HIIT workout you haven't done before.

I'd say dont completely give it up but just temper yourself to eat smaller portions. That's what I'm doing and it's working. I crave sweets all the time too. So, I'd say just have a little at a time.

I'm 5'9 and my goal is 140-145 at about 18-19% body fat. I want a more athletic build but I figured this was a good goal to start with. I am currently 37, 29.5, 38. However, my stomach seems to be shrinking much faster than the rest of me(those are older measurements I havent taken new ones yet).

I use before and after pics and fitness models for my inspiration. They help me think about what I want to look like even if its not exactly like the people themselves. It reminds me that I want to be fit and healthy soooo, yes I use them.

That's true...I really do try to focus on myself but I always see others. And I think I'll try that tip. I'm trying to do more than I used to. Plus, I love exercising now. I like making progress there. It's just the eating part that gets me.
